Hi and welcome!

I assist high-achieving individuals with finding clarity, direction, and purpose when feeling lost in their professional lives.

 

I'm a Certified Professional Coach now, but I am also a multi-state Licensed Mental Health Therapist and have counseled people for well over a decade.  I am a native of Toronto, Canada and have lived and worked in both Canada and the U.S.  I now reside in South Florida and have been here since 2015. 

 

Helping others build resiliency and find clarity in life has been my passion since high school when I was a peer counselor for incoming freshmen.  I knew then that part of my purpose was to help others find their own, and empower them to stay the course.

My journey was not easy and there were many times that I wondered how I was going to keep moving forward.  Over the years, I learned how to build and use my strengths to advance beyond my perceived circumstances.
